Dr. Bowman Shin and his team (Jenni/Hal who I had the pleasure of seeing on my first visit) were amazing! From start to finish, I felt like a valued patient and ensured upmost safety especially during these COVID-19 times. Sanitation and safety: Checking-in with a temp check, plastic shields up, hand sanitizer, and air purifiers at each chair. Once I was in the chair, everything was above and beyond. Not only was the care/X-rays/process thoroughly explained, but the entire team did it with such a professional yet easy-going demeanor. Dr. Shin explained everything from day-to-day care and recommendations, to the technical verbiage of an experienced dentist. This made my first dentist visit (in a while) very enjoyable and trustworthy. Glad to be a permanent client going forward!
Dr. Shin and his staff are the kindest folks you will ever meet! They were abundantly cautious with sanitation. They are actively cleaning surfaces, wearing masks, face shields, and gloves. Their front desk has a shield guard. This made me feel safe that they are exercising all measures to prevent exposure to COVID. They even took my temp before coming in. They also have a mask policy for customers (while in waiting room) which is great. They spaced out patients so no problem w/6 ft distance. Dr. Shin explains procedures and is a gentle dentist while also being thorough. He has a straightforward style - getting to you health, not selling unnecessary procedures. I found him very trustworthy. Looking for a new dentist? Give Dr. Shin and his team a try! You’ll be glad you did.

With my teeth sensitivity, the shutdown and not having my teeth cleaned for over 6 months I was very anxious going in to see Dr. Shin for cleaning last week but all that worrying was for nothing. Their new hygienist was amazing and very gentle. I cannot believe that he did not give me anesthetic shots OR laughing gas to help with my sensitivity. He used a new anesthetic gel and gently cleaned my teeth without any pain. I still can't believe it. Actually, for the first time I am actually looking froward to my next visit to the dentist. Also, the office cleanness was above and beyond CDC guidelines. I felt comfortable being there. Seeing how serious every staff member were taking to make everyone safe was a real assurance. I would totally recommend Dr. Bowman Shin....

I appreciate Dr. Shin and his careful effort to help me heal and to look after me when I went to see him for my bad tooth ache. What an awesome experience I had with Dr. Bowman Shin and his welcoming staff. They were careful and thorough with the initial exam, and the cleaning was gentle and quite pleasant. Dr. Shin has a friendly, easy-going demeanor, and he made sure I felt comfortable and satisfied with all aspects of my visit. I recommend Dr. Bowman Shin and his staff most highly.

I enjoy my appointments with Dr. Bowman Shin. He and his staff are friendly, welcoming, and careful with their work. Additionally, they maintain a cheerful and positive vibe for the child patients too. There were no tears, and everyone left with giggles and a handful of prizes. As soon as we left, the kids asked when they can go see Dr. Shin again. They were disappointed to learn we have to wait 6 long months before we can visit Dr. Bowman Shin and his associates for another check up.
